1. One of the biggest challenges our group faced was managing time and coordinating everyone’s schedule. With different classes and work hours, it was sometimes difficult to meet consistently. However, we overcame this by using a group chat and group calls. What worked well was our willingness to support each other and divide tasks equally.— some members focused on writing, while others handled other work. One thing we could improve is setting clearer deadlines earlier in the project and having short weekly check-ins to stay organized.

2. One difficulty I faced while writing the stories was deciding which parts of the interviews to include and how to keep the story engaging without making it too long. It was also a bit challenging to make the writing sound natural for the podcast format. Also I tried to make hot excited.

I chose the topics and angles based on what stood out most in the interviews — growth, teamwork, and personal challenges. There were a few small disagreements about focusing more on emotions versus achievements, but we blended both to make the stories balanced and meaningful.

3. The best parts of our website were the podcast clips, simple design, and short player introductions that made it easy for people to listen and understand. One problem we faced was uneven sound and background noise, but we fixed it by re-editing and adjusting the audio. Also we tried to help each other if needed.

4. I would rate the overall quality of our stories as very good because they were clear, emotional, and well-organized. Few of my friends said they enjoyed how real and inspiring the players’ stories were and suggested adding more photos or short clips to make the site even better.

5. I would make the website look more exciting, add more player stories, and make it easier to use on phones. I also wish we added a short highlight section so visitors could quickly see the best parts of each episode.

6. My goal for the website is to keep improving it and make it more interesting for viewers. I plan to add new content, update the layout, and include more visuals. I’ll also make sure everything runs smoothly by checking the site regularly and fixing any small issues as soon as possible.
